What is the difference between Premium Pure Water and Natural Spring Water?
Pure water is produced by reverse osmosis and is over 99% pure.  It is the most popular type of drinking water in Canada today due to its reliable and consistent purity and due to the fact that almost everybody enjoys its taste.  Spring water is a natural occurring water obtained from an approved and monitored spring.  It contains natural occurring minerals that give it a distinctive flavor that some people enjoy.  The mineral content in spring water is not significant from a dietary perspective.  You should evaluate which water is best for you based on taste.  If you do not currently have a favorite, we recommend the Pure water.

What other products does Amazon Springs offer besides 18.9 liter water?
Amazon offers water coolers for rent or purchase, full office coffee, tea and refreshment services, point-of-use filter coolers, and private labeled 500 ml bottled water.

Why should I buy my water cooler from Amazon Springs versus the discount stores?
Buying an Amazon Springs water cooler means buying a quality product with a warranty and service!  All of our water coolers come with a 1-3 year limited warranty and Amazon Springs repairs and services what we sell.  Because water coolers are refrigeration units, repairs can be very costly.  If you purchase your water cooler elsewhere and something goes wrong, it will be prohibitively expensive to fix it and you will be forced to simply buy another one.  Also, all of Amazon’s coolers are high quality and made with stainless steel reservoirs – not cheap plastic reservoirs like most discount coolers.  This means your water will continue to taste clean and natural – instead of plastic.

How often do I have to receive a water delivery?
Our pricing is based on the number of bottles delivered at a time – not per month, so you can have delivery as often as you would like.  You can call us for delivery when you need it and your order will be delivered on your next route day.  Alternatively, we can stop by on any frequency you would like (ie- every “x” number of weeks).  We do not make you commit to any specific volume or sign any contracts – we believe we need to provide a quality product with great service to continue our business with you.

What if I run out of water before my next delivery?
No problem.  Give us a call and we will arrange a special delivery as soon as possible.

Is there a contract to sign or am I committed for a year or 2?
Unlike some competitors, Amazon does not believe in trying to tie you into a contract.  We will keep your business with great products and personal service – not with legal commitments.

Why am I charged bottle deposits?
The bottles are charged at $10.00 each, but this amount is completely refundable at any time.  You pay the deposits upon startup, but normally afterwards, we would exchange empties for full bottles and there would be no deposit transaction.

Does Amazon Springs provide private labeled 500ml water for my organization?
Yes, Amazon can custom design your own label and supply 500 ml water with this label.  We can provide annual pricing agreements and provide distribution in Edmonton and Fort McMurray via our own fleet.  Please Contact us for more information.
